Focused support · $2,500

Stay with one piece of work long enough to see what helps.

Practical AI integration support is for a small business or team with one meaningful workflow, question, or friction point—not a sweeping AI transformation plan. Together, we'll understand how the work actually happens, experiment carefully, and decide what is worth doing next.

The premise

Most AI advice skips the part that matters.

Small business AI consulting has a recognisable failure mode. Someone arrives with a list of tools, a slide about efficiency, and no idea how your work actually gets done. What follows is either a recommendation nobody adopts, or an implementation that quietly makes one step faster and three steps more confusing.

The useful work is slower and less impressive. It starts by watching one real process—the quote that takes two hours, the intake that gets re-typed three times, the report nobody wants to write, the enquiries that arrive in four places. Then it tests, carefully and on real examples, whether AI genuinely helps at any specific point in it.

Sometimes it does, and the change is small and durable. Sometimes it does not, and knowing that is worth something too—it is cheaper than a year of paying for a subscription nobody opens. Either way you end up understanding your own process better, which is an outcome no tool can sell you.

What this looks like in practice

Ordinary business friction.

The same information, re-entered

Details typed once into a form, again into a system, again into a document. Process automation is often the right answer here, and it is worth knowing whether AI is part of it or a distraction from it.

Writing that nobody has time for

Quotes, proposals, summaries, reports, follow-ups. High-volume work where the format is settled and only the specifics change—usually the most honest place to start.

Information nobody can find

Policies, procedures, past jobs, specifications. Knowing what your organization already knows is a workflow problem long before it is an AI problem.

"Everyone's already using it"

Staff have started using AI on their own, with no guidance about what may be pasted into it. This is common, it is not a disciplinary problem, and it needs an answer rather than a ban.

What's included

Support that stays close to the actual work.

  • Structured discovery around one defined work goal or workflow
  • Practical experimentation consistent with that goal
  • Two in-person 90-minute sessions at your location, 14 to 28 days apart
  • 6 remote support sessions of 15 minutes each, by Google Meet or phone, booked from a private link
  • Support sessions take place within the 30 days after your second session

What we'll need from your team

Bring the context only your team can provide.

  • Name the one goal, question, or workflow to explore
  • Share relevant context, constraints, and decision-makers
  • Take responsibility for organizational decisions, adoption, and any work in your systems
  • Review outputs, protect private information, and use human judgment before acting

The structure

Two sessions, with time to test and reflect.

01

Discover and focus

Clarify the defined goal, what is already happening, the constraints that matter, and a useful way to experiment.

02

Review and decide

Look at what the experimentation surfaced, discuss what is useful or uncertain, and identify practical next steps within the agreed scope.

Related, and often confused

Three things this is not the same as.

If what you want is for a group of people to become comfortable with AI, that is an organizational workshop, and it costs considerably less. Integration support assumes there is already a specific process you want examined.

If the friction is one person's recurring task rather than an organizational workflow, private AI help is ninety minutes and a much smaller commitment.

And if the process that needs fixing is how customers find and contact you in the first place, the answer may be infrastructure rather than advice—see website design and development.

Intake and acceptance

Start with a clear enough question.

You do not need a finished plan to get in touch. Before an engagement begins, Christopher will review whether the goal is sufficiently clear, the request fits this defined service, and he can provide practical value within the available scope.

If it is a fit, the engagement can be shaped around that one goal. Travel beyond the included area is added automatically when you book; venue expenses and third-party subscriptions are excluded unless agreed to in writing.
